Inspired by Jordan Younger blog, I’m starting a new series called Joyful Vibes: 11 Things Monday!
A little BTS: I love Mondays (I do!), I will be forever an angel number girlie and 11 short for 1111 and well, who doesn’t love a top things list?!
I want to make this a weekly series to give you updates, personal growth tips, spirituality, intuition, EFT tapping and all the things to stay inspired, motivated and joyfully empowered ✨

Ok, here’s the first ever issue of Joyful Vibes: 11 Things Monday, let’s do this!
On a personal note: While I started the year on a high note, at the beginning of February things just took a turn. I didn’t fight it though. This time around, I just allowed for the emotions, sadness, frustrations to rise. And they did. I did a lot of energy healing, movement, crying, open vulnerable conversations and connecting with nature. I finally feel aligned, anchored and ready for the next season!

I’m currently plotting and planning what I want to do on my birthday on July 14th! You may know, 7/14 is also Bastille Day (France’s Independence Day) and there are always music festivals and parties around NYC — we’ll see where I end up! We normally spend my birthday in Martha’s Vineyard but this year, we’re headed to Miami to hang with the fam!
Dylan Joy is 2.5 years and I could EAT HER UP! lol but really, she is a LIGHT! This generation of souls are so healing, connected with their light, their joy, their needs! It’s a GIFT, truly, to be her mamma! She is fully bi-lingual and I am in awe of her, every day.
Balancing motherhood and being a full-time founder/CEO feels balanced to me. I talk to other mammas who are full-time parents and they do not understand how I do it. But I always say: if you’re in your purpose (which I am), the work fuels you, not drain you.
I started taking ARMRA — have you heard? It’s a multi-vitamin on steroids. I like it so far! I’ve been taking it maybe a month so not sure if I haven’t seen visible effects yet but my body takes it well. The only thing I don’t love is that it doesn’t dissolve easily in water. But otherwise, highly reco if you’re looking for a multi-vitamin.
OMG! ANNOUNCEMENT! I’m planning a one-day retreat in Miami in the fall (Sept 2024) — vibey, good food, energy healing, angel readings and a workshop on how to end the year feeling accomplished and on purpose! More to come…but it’s going to be so so so gooooood!
Let’s talk about deodorants, specially summertime! Little by little over the past few years, I’ve been switching to clean products that I use at home and for myself. If you’re on the hunt for a clean deodorant that works, you have to try this one! Little Seed Farm is a lovely brand, I get the lavender one. I’ve been using it for almost a year and it still works like a charm. Even my husband wears it (shhh, we’ll keep that between us! 😆)
I got tix to the Jon Baptist concert in the fall! Are we all as obsessed with Jon Baptiste as I am? If not, PLEASE listen to his songs on Spotify — they are a burst of JOY! Here’s one that I love!
I am back to reading an OG oldie and so good “How to Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay! If you haven’t picked this book, it’s a must in your bookshelf. Her affirmations and just mindset is so inspiring (specially after having such a tough childhood). This book helped me get back on track after my wavey season — soo good! I read a few pages in the morning and it sets me up for the day! My current affirmation on repeat is “I appreciate all I do and who I am”
My current morning routine is 🤌🏽! I wake up around 4:45am, take a shower, x3 I do a workout, the other x2 days, I do a little work, and always tapping. Also, I started having a call every morning at 6am with my friend & accountability buddy to go over our day. The call is less than 6 minutes but so powerful! We share goals for the day, what we’re grateful for, our 30-day & 90-day vision.
