We’re kicking off the season with a solo episode of what’s it’s been like for me to create a business with a solid foundation. No matter what life has brought me, I’ve been able to stand on solid ground since day 1.
I believe this is possible because almost 9 years ago, when I started my business, I re-defined what success looked like to me. That made all of the difference (I talk about this more in depth in the episode!)
This season is dedicated to women and following our purpose.
Women in business face real challenges: bias, imposter syndrome, and the endless juggle of work + life.
But we’re also rewriting the rules.

Forget “balance.” It’s about integration. Creating a business that supports your life, not the other way around. Boundaries, flexibility, and rhythms that fit your world, your routines and the life that you’re creating.

Challenges will come — imposter syndrome, setbacks, “prove-it again” bias. Resilience means reframing failures, celebrating small wins, and remembering you are not alone. Community as a business owner has been a non-negotiable for me.
🌟 Redefining Success
Success doesn’t have to be a number. It can be freedom, joy, impact, creativity, or time. You get to decide what it looks like for you.
